Kao Sutton broke her own school record and picked up another first-place result in the shot put after measuring 13.29 meters (43 feet, 7.25 inches) on her second attempt of the day. That was one of three event victories for the Carleton College women s track and field team, which finished second out of 11 teams at Macalester s Janis Rider Invitational.
