The Carleton College women's track and field team scored a second-place finish at Macalester's Janis Rider Invitational Saturday, with thrower Kao Sutton turning in a trio of tremendous performances. Sutton won the shot put with a school-record distance, and added top-three finishes in the discus and hammer throw as well to help her team finish second out of 11 teams. For her performance, Sutton was named the MIAC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete-of-the-Week for the second time this spring.
