DULUTH, Minn. -- It was a chilly day for running, but the University of Northwestern women's cross country runners gutted out the six-kilometer race in Duluth, Minn. on Nov. 1. The Eagles placed 7th overall as a team in the UMAC championship race out of eight teams. Northwestern didn't have any women receive all-conference honors, but each and every runner put forth a valiant effort against tough competition.
