PELLA, IA -- In the final race of the season, the University of Northwestern women's cross country team put forth their best effort of the season. Braving the cold weather, the runners posted some of their best times of the season against tough competition at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships. The top three runners for UNW finished the six-kilometer race under 27 minutes.
